Community of Adams Ridge

Adams Ridge homes for sale is a massive development of single family homes, townhomes, and condos. There are six homeowners associations that serve various parts of Adams Ridge. If you want to understand the nuts and bolts of this community, then you came to the right spot!

Adams Ridge comprises of two communities as follows:

  • Adams Ridge – has thirteen neighborhoods with four home owners associations
  • Adams Pointe – has three neighborhoods with two home owners associations

Adams Ridge

Adams Ridge alone has ten single family home neighborhoods, two townhome communities and one condo association. When entering Adams Ridge Blvd from Route 228 here are the neighborhoods you will find:

Brookside Village

This is the first community on the right. Made up of 19 single family homes on 3 cul-de-sacs. This is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Brookshire Drive
  • Brookhaven Blvd
  • Lost Lake Court

Woodland Village

This is the first community on the left. Made up of 17 single family homes on 2 cul-de-sacs. This is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • White Oak Place
  • Birch Street

Deer Run Village

This is the second community on the left. Made up of 26 single family homes on 2 cul-de-sacs. This is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • 3 Point Road
  • Whitetail Place

Arbor Village

This is the second community on the right. Made up of 40 single family homes on 4 cul-de-sacs. This is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Arbor Drive
  • Elder Court
  • Blackberry Court
  • Catalpa Court

Pine Bluff Village

This is the third community on the right. Made up of 55 single family homes on 4 cul-de-sacs. This is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Pine Bluff Drive
  • Holly Court
  • Evergreen Court
  • Juniper Court

White Pine Village

This is the fourth community on the right. Made up of 31 single family homes on 2 cul-de-sacs. This is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Norwegian Spruce Drive
  • Blue Spruce Drive
  • White Pine Drive

Evergreen Village

In order to access this community, you must turn onto Clubside Drive. From Adams Ridge Blvd, this will be the third road on the left.

Continue on Clubside Drive, past Kaufman Run Blvd on the left and the municipal water authority building (has a white gate in front of it) on the right.

The second left will be Winter Pine Drive. There are 17 single family homes on 2 cul-de-sacs.

When on Clubside Drive, the third left is Winter Park Drive. There are 17 single family homes on 1 cul-de-sac.

Both of these sub-communities make up Evergreen Village. They are both part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Winter Pine Drive
  • Winter Haven Drive
  • Winter Park Drive

Kaufman Run I

When turning into Evergreen Village onto Clubside Drive, take Kaufman Run Blvd, the first left. There are 145 single family homes in this neighborhood. These are part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Kaufman Run Blvd
  • Cliffside Drive
  • Village Drive

Southern Valley Commons

In order to access this community, you must turn into White Pine Village, the fourth community on the right from Adams Ridge Blvd.

Follow Norwegian Spruce Drive to reach the homes. There are 135 townhomes and 35 patio homes with first floor master suites. All homes are part of the Southern Valley HOA.

  • Norwegian Spruce Drive
  • Southern Valley Court

Village Green

When turning into Evergreen Village onto Clubside Drive, take Kaufman Run Blvd, the first left.

You must drive through Kaufman Run I to access Village Green. From Kaufman Run Blvd, make a right onto Cliffside Drive, then a left onto Village Green Blvd.

There are 125 townhomes in this neighborhood. These are part of the Community Service Association (CSA) HOA.

Street names include:

  • E Village Green Blvd
  • W Village Green Blvd
  • Bush Drive

Springview Village

In order to access this community, you must turn onto Adams Pointe Blvd. From Adams Ridge Blvd, this will be the fourth road on the right after the community center.

Continue on Adams Pointe Blvd and make the first right onto White Water Drive.

There are 46 single family homes in this community with 1 cul-de-sac and a second exit point back onto Adams Pointe Blvd.

These homes are part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • White Water Drive
  • Cherry Blossom Drive

Parkview Village

In order to access this community, you must turn onto Clubside Drive. From Adams Ridge Blvd, this will be the third road on the left.

Continue on Clubside Drive, past Kaufman Run Blvd on the left and the municipal water authority building (has a white gate in front of it) on the right.

The first right will be Lost Valley Drive. There are 100 townhomes and 56 patio homes with first floor master suites.

The townhomes here are also considered condos. They are both part of the Adams Ridge Condo Association (ARCA). All condos are FHA approved.

Street names include:

Winterview Village

In order to access this community, you must turn onto Adams Pointe Blvd. From Adams Ridge Blvd, this will be the fourth road on the right after the community center.

Continue on Adams Pointe Blvd and make the second left onto Alpine Drive.

There are 29 single family homes in this community with 2 cul-de-sacs.

These homes are part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Alpine Drive
  • Snowcap Drive

Adams Pointe

Adams Pointe has two condo communities and one townhome community. From Adams Ridge Blvd, take the fourth right onto Adams Pointe Blvd. Follow the scenic road to the pointe!

North Village & Central Village

Adams Pointe Blvd extends into this community of condos. A gated community with two gazebos.

Made up of 207 condos in 40 buildings. This is part of the Adams Pointe Home Owners Association.

Street names include:

  • Adams Pointe Blvd
  • Adams Pointe Blvd North

South Village

After following Adams Pointe Blvd to the top, when you see the community building go right out of the circle onto Pointe View Drive.

Made up of 158 townhomes that are designated as condos. All homes here are part of the Adams Pointe South Village (APSV) HOA.

Kaufman Run II

Not technically part of Adams Ridge but many feel it is associated because of the name. Kaufman Run I is located in Adams Ridge. To get to Kaufman Run II, follow Adams Ridge Blvd straight through where it turns into Hespenheide Road. Make a left onto Broadstone Drive.

Homes in Kaufman Run II are part of the Kaufman Run HOA and have no access to any of the amenities in Adams Ridge. Made up of 67 single family homes and 152 townhomes.
