Mallard Pond is a new development in in North Allegheny School District located in Marshall Township, PA. Situated on about 86 acres that was purchased by Heurich Homes in February of 2014. Heurich Homes developed the land and sells lots to select builders such as:

With the builders having different styles, the neighborhood will have a diverse look to all the homes. Home prices start in the $800,000+ range.

There are 58 homesites currently over the first 3 phases of development.

  • Phase 1 – 23 lots along Goldeneye Drive with a starting price of $175,000
  • Phase 2 – 16 lots along Mallard Lane with a starting price of $235,000
  • Phase 3 – 20 lots along Mallard Lane, however these lots have not been released yet

There will most likely be a phase 4 in the future as there is a path reserved for an extension of Goldeneye Drive into 37 acres of land that has not been plotted out yet.
