Allman Acres is a new development in the North Allegheny School District located in Marshall Township, PA. Situated on about 27.5 acres that was purchased for $2.6 million in July of 2018. Eddy Homes is the primary builder.
There are 24 lots in the community and depending on the lot size, there can be an extra premium involved. Please see the video above for a drive through of the community with commentary by Rich. I also provide information on individual lots and what floorplans have been built on each lot.
Eddy Homes offers five floor plans to choose from:
