• A digital ad appears online across the web to people who show a likelihood of wanting to purchase a home within a 15 mile radius for the first week.
• When a potential buyer sees your home for sale on www.thepreferredrealty.com, a re-marketing ad will follow them around the internet with images of the home for the next 30 days.
• We hold Open House Spectaculars every so often and a Facebook ad will be seen in local buyers newsfeed.

What I do Extra as Your Agent

In addition to what my office offers, here is a list of extra things I do as your agent:

• I send postcards to the surrounding area announcing your home is for sale.

• Every home I list has drone photography. From million dollar homes to $15,000 trailers, every listing I do gets drone photography!

• I create a floorplan of your home so potential buyers can understand the layout as they go through the pictures.

• Depending on the home I’ll hire a professional photographer to get the best possible pictures.

• Depending on the home, I may hire a media company do shoot a “Lifestyle” video.

• Some homes have unique features that can’t be captured in photos so I use my GoPro to point these out and post it on my YouTube channel.

• Every neighborhood in Cranberry Twp has it’s own webpage on my website. I’ve been working on doing the same for Mars & Wexford!
