Locating the Right Property for You
I provide a much higher level of property search services.  I provide help in knowing how to use the search for optimal results, including explaining some of the information fields and real estate terminology.  Once I know the characteristics and neighborhoods that you want for your property, I’ll create a custom search for you that will alert you with emails when new listings that meet your criteria hit the market. It will also alert you to price reductions.

Getting the Best Financing
Itโ€™s difficult to qualify for the best mortgage financing and jump through lendersโ€™ hoops, so we help you to find the best mortgages for your needs.

Price Negotiations
Youโ€™re not left to fend for yourself when you make that first offer to purchase. Before that I’ve given you data and guidance to make sure that youโ€™re on the right track to a good deal.

Inspections and Repairs
More negotiations usually crop up after youโ€™ve agreed on a price, and theyโ€™re normally the result of inspections and necessary repairs. I am experienced and ready to help.  As a licensed contractor with experience in renovating homes, I know what needs to happen in order to get repairs done and how much they should cost.
