Wexford Station is a new development in the Rine Richland School District located in Pine Township, Wexford, PA. Set up as a low-maintenance community meaning the home owners association is responsible for yard maintenance, grass cutting, and snow removal. Eddy Homes is the primary builder.
Situated on about 31 acres. Building started in 2020. There are 41 homesites in the community that feature craftsman style exteriors, open concept layouts and main level living with first floor owner’s suites.
