The Fields of Nicholson community is located in the rolling hills of the Borough of Franklin Park, Pennsylvania. There are 97 homes built by Signature Homes between 2006 and 2019. Of the 97 homes, 89 are patio / carriage homes and 8 are townhomes.

Patio home square footage ranges from 1,838 to 5,016 square feet. Patio homes have first floor master bedrooms.

Square footage of townhomes ranges from 1,755 to 2,088. The townhomes are located at 1702 – 1709 Waterleaf Drive. All bedrooms in townhomes are located on the upper level of the home.

Originally the land was purchased on July 26, 2002 by Dan & Michael, Inc.
