Forest Oaks Wexford PA townhomes for sale is located in the heart of Wexford. There are 149 townhomes built by Zokaites Construction between 2004 and 2016. All homes have 3 bedrooms and home sizes range from 1,430 square feet to 2,020 square feet.
Forest Oaks also has a section of condominium units that are located near the main entrance on Forest Edge Court. They are often thought of as separate from the townhomes in the neighborhood. As such we have a dedicated page for these units.
The HOA has a monthly fee and covers the common areas of the community. Landscaping and snow removal are included with each individual unit. Residents have access to a heated pool and clubhouse. Exterior insurance is also included, as well as exterior maintenance including the roof and siding of all units.
Neighboring communities include single family homes of Forest Trails, North Pointe Village, Briarcliff and Breckenridge. Also the condominium community of Village of North Meadows.
Children attend North Allegheny School District. In particular, Marshall Elementary School serves grades K-5 and Marshall Middle School serves grades 6-8. Children then move onto North Allegheny Intermediate School for grades 9-10 and North Allegheny Senior High School for grades 11-12.
