As of November 2020, there are 53 single family homes built by Infinity Custom Homes starting in 2017. Lot sizes range from a 1/3 acre to 3/4 acre home sites. Backyards are level, private and spacious enough for your own pool.
The land that is now known as Forest Edge was purchased on September 19, 2014 for $2,212,958 by Singer Holdings, LP and consists of 65.087 acres. This represents a price of $34,000 per acre. After being developed, the land was then sold to Forest Edge, LP for $6,195,000 on November 23, 2016 at a cost of $95,180 per acre.
Upon entering the community, notice the rustic pavilion and parking area. Sidewalks connect all the homes. Residents can enjoy the wooded park and dog walking trail. There is also a wooded walking trail off Timber Ridge Ct that connects to the Foxwood Estates and Carriage Manor neighborhoods. Windwood Heights, Forest Knoll, Field Lake Estates, Lakeland Estates and Shadow Creek are neighboring communities.
The HOA has a low monthly fee and covers the common areas of the community. Cranberry Waterpark and North Boundary Park are a short drive away!
